2025 Roush F-150 delivers performance off the road

  • Roush has revealed off-road-focused upgrades for the 2025 Ford F-150
  • Most of the upgrades were developed in-house
  • Pricing starts at $19,995, plus the donor truck

Roush Performance may be best known for its high-horsepower builds, but in recent years, the company—closely tied to Ford—has expanded its focus to off-road capability. Its latest upgrade package for the Ford F-150 continues that trend, delivering a combination of rugged enhancements and premium features.

At the heart of the package is Roush’s own coil-over suspension system, which provides a 2.0-inch lift. The custom-tuned spring and shock rates are designed to improve off-road capability while maintaining on-road comfort, the company said.

Complementing the suspension are custom 20-inch wheels wrapped in 33-inch General Tire Grabber A/TX all-terrain tires, ensuring improved traction and a commanding stance. Also contributing to the aggressive look are custom fender flares, which add extra clearance. A bold graphics package further distinguishes this as no ordinary F-150.

Airflow improvements come via a high-flow front grille featuring the Roush logo, as well as functional heat extractors on the hood. Depending on the donor truck, Roush also installs an active exhaust system with stainless steel tips.

Inside, Roush logos can be found throughout the cabin, with available upgrades including carbon-fiber dash accents and premium leather trim. Buyers can also opt for a branded overhead switch panel, which controls auxiliary lighting, the active exhaust, and other prewired accessories. Roush also offers an audio system developed in collaboration with Alpine.

For those seeking extra utility, the available Roush Ready Package adds a locking console vault for secure storage, along with an off-road utility kit. This kit includes a jumper box, tow straps, D-ring hooks, ratcheting tie-down straps, and more.

The 2025 Roush F-150 can be ordered based on the STX, XLT, or Lariat trim levels. Pricing starts at $19,995 above the base truck’s purchase price.
