  • The 2025 Dodge Durango is available with 5.7-liter and supercharged 6.2-liter V-8s, plus a 3.6-liter V-6
  • The 2025 Durango R/T with the 5.7-liter V-8 sees a huge price cut
  • New special editions celebrate the Durango’s V-8 heritage
  • Pricing for the 2025 Dodge Durango starts at $40,090, including destination

The Durango is the last Dodge still available with a Hemi V-8, and for 2025, Dodge has made it a little easier to opt for the engine.

The 2025 Durango comes with two Hemi V-8 options: a 360-hp 5.7-liter unit and the legendary Hellcat supercharged 6.2-liter engine, rated here at 710 hp. A previously available 475-hp 6.4-liter V-8 has been discontinued.

The 5.7-liter V-8 is available in the Durango R/T, which now has a lower starting price of $51,590, down from the $56,485 it cost when the 2025 Durango was first announced last fall—a saving of $4,895.

The supercharged 6.2-liter V-8, exclusive to the Durango SRT Hellcat, starts at $86,590. The 2025 Durango SRT Hellcat is the only Stellantis vehicle currently offered with this engine, and the high-performance SUV gains several special editions to commemorate it, including the Silver Bullet, Hammerhead, and Brass Monkey models.

Dodge is also celebrating 20 years of the Hemi V-8 in the Durango with a special R/T 20th Anniversary model, featuring the 5.7-liter V-8.

For those looking for a more affordable option, the base Durango GT comes with a 295-hp 3.6-liter V-6 and starts at $40,090. It features standard rear-wheel drive, with all-wheel drive available as an option. All prices include a $1,595 destination charge.

There are no major changes to the Durango for 2025, though some models gain additional features through optional packages. One example is the GT’s expanded Plus Package, which now includes a power sunroof, navigation, a nine-speaker Alpine audio system, heated first- and second-row seats (with ventilation for the front row), and a suite of electronic driver-assist features. Additionally, a 10.1-inch touchscreen is now standard on all 2025 Durangos.

Update: Revised pricing for the 2025 Dodge Durango range has been added to the article.
