- JLR has unveiled a one-off Range Rover built by its SV personalization department
- Almost 32 ounces of 18-karat gold were used for the badging
- The vehicle is up for sale, and all proceeds above the MSRP will be donated to charity
JLR has revealed another limited-edition Range Rover prepared by its SV personalization department, and this one is even more exclusive than last year’s seven-unit Range Rover SV Carmel Edition collection.
The Range Rover SV Candeo was revealed in Miami on Tuesday, a day after JLR showed off the Jaguar Type 00 concept in the city. Just the one example exists, and it will remain the only one, JLR has confirmed.

The Candeo name is a reference to the Latin word meaning “to shine” or “to glow,” and the special SUV lives up to that description with 18-karat solid gold badging crafted by jewelers using 3D printing. Almost 32 ounces were required to complete the full “Range Rover” script on the hood.
The SUV is also finished in a hand-applied paint featuring a fade meant to evoke the sunrises typical of the Miami coastal skyline. A pale blue appears at the top and fades at the rear of the vehicle into the main pearl white color. JLR said it is the first time it has applied a fade on one of its vehicles. Completing the exterior is a set of 23-inch forged wheels with inserts matching the main body color.

A similar color theme to the exterior is found inside, where it is combined with dark wood veneers, as well as white ceramic finishes on the gear shifter and controls. Accent stitching on the seat backs features a radiating sun motif, while above is an embroidered headliner that displays shades of gold in various lighting, continuing the sunrise theme. A radiating sun pattern is also found on the cabin cushions, which JLR said required 90,000 stitches per cushion.
JLR hasn’t said what powertrain the Range Rover SV Candeo uses.

The special SUV is currently up for grabs, with all proceeds above the MSRP to be donated to Arts Access Miami, a charity that supports childhood art education.
Anyone purchasing an SV or Autobiography model can also opt for their own commission, JLR said. Options similar to those found on the Range Rover SV Candeo will be available starting with the 2026 model year.
