You don’t have to spend half a million dollars to experience true supercar performance. A handful of brand-new models now deliver exotic styling, cutting-edge technology, and track-ready power—all starting under $200,000. Here are three of the best new supercars that combine blistering speed with attainable pricing.

Chevrolet Corvette Z06

Chevrolet Corvette Z06

The 2025 Corvette Z06 is redefining what an American supercar can be. Starting at around $112,000, it features a mid-engine layout and a 5.5-liter naturally aspirated V8 that revs to an astonishing 8,500 rpm. Producing 670 horsepower and paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, the Z06 rockets from 0 to 60 mph in as little as 2.6 seconds.

What makes the Z06 so remarkable is its balance of raw performance and real-world drivability. The engine’s character, combined with the mid-engine handling, gives it an exotic feel that rivals Ferraris and Lamborghinis costing twice as much. Maintenance and parts availability are also more manageable than those of European rivals, making it a practical supercar for regular use.

Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS

For purists, the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS offers one of the most visceral driving experiences under $200K. Starting around $163,000, it’s powered by a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated flat-six engine derived from the 911 GT3. Producing 493 horsepower and screaming to 9,000 rpm, it delivers an unforgettable soundtrack and precision handling that few cars can match.

The GT4 RS is light, razor-sharp, and focused entirely on the driver. Its aerodynamic upgrades, carbon fiber components, and race-inspired suspension make it a true track weapon that’s still legal for the street. While it’s not the most comfortable daily driver due to its firm ride, it’s arguably one of the most thrilling cars you can buy new under $200K.

Maserati MC20

Maserati’s MC20 brings Italian flair and engineering excellence to the under-$200K supercar segment. Priced from around $210K but often available close to the $200K mark with modest options, it’s powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 producing 621 horsepower and 538 lb-ft of torque. The MC20 sprints from 0–60 mph in about 2.9 seconds and tops out at over 200 mph.

What makes the MC20 special is its blend of performance and artistry. Its sleek carbon-fiber monocoque, butterfly doors, and minimalist interior give it a genuine exotic feel. It’s also surprisingly livable, with modern infotainment, decent visibility, and a smooth dual-clutch transmission that makes it enjoyable on both road and track.
