2025 Porsche 911 Carrera S

The 2025 Porsche 911 Carrera S arrives with more power, sleeker styling, and upgraded technology—elevating what was already one of the best all-around sports cars on the market.

More Power, Same Iconic Feel

Under the hood, the Porsche 911 Carrera S features a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter flat-six engine now producing 473 horsepower—30 more than the previous model. The increase comes thanks to larger turbochargers and improved charge-air cooling, both borrowed from the outgoing GTS. Torque remains steady at 390 lb-ft, and the powertrain is paired exclusively with Porsche’s 8-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission. When optioned with the Sport Chrono package, the Carrera S rockets from 0–60 mph in just 3.1 seconds and tops out at 191 mph.

Sleek Exterior Tweaks

Subtle design changes give the 2025 Carrera S a more aggressive and modern appearance. Larger air intakes on the front bumper enhance both cooling and looks. Matrix LED headlights now house all lighting elements within a single unit, streamlining the front end. Around back, a full-width taillight ties the design together with a clean, futuristic feel.

Sharper Handling and Brakes

Porsche has upgraded the chassis with features aimed at sharper performance. The Carrera S now includes a standard sport exhaust system and brakes from the former GTS model—16.1-inch rotors up front and 15.0-inch rotors in the rear. Staggered 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels help with grip and balance, while revised dampers provide a mix of comfort and precision that feels equally at home on a twisty road or a daily commute.

Premium Interior and Practical Features

Inside, the cabin is more luxurious than ever. Porsche has added more leather throughout the interior, including the seats, dash, and doors. A cooled wireless charging pad and a heated steering wheel with integrated drive mode selector come standard. By default, the Carrera S coupe is a two-seater, though rear seats can be added at no extra charge for those wanting added practicality.

Pricing and Availability

The 2025 911 Carrera S coupe starts at $148,395, with the cabriolet version beginning at $161,595. Both models are available to order now, with first deliveries expected this spring.

With sharper styling, increased performance, and refined luxury, the 2025 Porsche 911 Carrera S continues to set the bar for modern sports cars.
