Max Verstappen may spend most of his time in a Formula 1 car, but a recent sighting in Monaco shows that his choice of road car is serious too. A video shared on social media captures the four-time F1 world champion driving an Audi RS6 Avant.
As per the post, the car is an ABT-tuned RS6, finished in a sporty specification with black alloy wheels and red brake calipers. Up front, Audi’s distinctive LED daytime running lights give it an unmistakable look, while the rear gets quad exhaust outlets, a prominent diffuser and a roof-mounted spoiler.
Verstappen can be seen driving alone, making the sighting feel more like a normal trip through Monaco than a typical celebrity appearance.
The Audi RS6 uses a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 with quattro all-wheel drive. In ABT’s Legacy Edition specification, output is raised to around 760 hp.
