A 1966 Shelby 427 Cobra once owned by current Ford CEO Jim Farley is up for sale at online auction website Autohunter. The car, which bears chassis number CSX3195, started out life as a regular road-going 427 Cobra but was later converted to S/C (Semi-Competition) specification. It was originally billed to Johnny Bolton Ford of Maitland, Florida, for a total price of $6,383. As it prepares for production of its T.50, Gordon Murray Automotive (GMA) recently took a prototype of the V-12-powered supercar to Arvidsjaur, Sweden, for cold-weather testing. Volkswagen has approved an EV slotting below the ID.4 for the North American market, and it’s considering a battery plant in Ontario, according to German business daily Handelsblatt. The modern Bizzarrini’s follow up to its 5300 GT continuation car has been confirmed as a V-12 supercar to be called the Giotto. The new car draws its name from Giotto Bizzarrini, who founded the original Bizzarrini in Italy back in 1964. That company built the stunning 5300 GT but only survived until 1969, with its name eventually revived in 2020 by Kuwaiti investor Rezam Al Roumi.
