Bugatti has swapped snowy conditions for scorching heat in the latest episode of its A New Era documentary series. This time, the Tourbillon prototype headed to Seville, Spain, where temperatures crossed 45°C (113°F) as engineers put its cooling systems to the test. The team fitted the hypercar with more than 200 thermocouples to monitor temperatures across different areas. The Boring Company has signed an agreement with Abu Dhabi to study underground transport and utility tunnels across the emirate, adding a second UAE city to its pipeline as it prepares to also scale up tunneling back home in Nashville. Tesla delivered just 8,295 “Other Models” in Q3 2026, down 48% from a year ago and the lowest total for the category since 2021. California is putting at least $28 million toward more public EV fast chargers – and it could pick up the entire eligible installation bill. The state’s Fast Charge California Project opens for applications today, October 7, offering up to $100,000 per charging port. Businesses, nonprofits, public agencies, and eligible California tribes can apply, but the EV fast chargers have to be open to the public. That gives property owners a way to add fast charging with a lot less upfront expense, while giving EV drivers more places to plug in.
