Kia will unveil the PV7 on September 14 as a larger, more capable sibling to the electric PV5. Schneider Electric launched a new smart Level 2 EV charger in the U.S. and Canada. The Schneider Charge delivers up to 11.5 kW and can be bought with either a NACS or J1772 connector. Range Rover has finally entered the electric era with its first battery-powered version of the flagship SUV. Order books are now open in the US, with prices starting at $138,000. The Range Rover Electric uses two permanent-magnet motors, one on each axle, producing 542 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque. That torque figure is higher than any previous Range Rover, while 0-60 mph takes as little as 4.3 seconds.
