The insolvency filing comes just two months after Shell sold sonnen to investment group TIVEN. Germany’s Handelsblatt reported that sonnen GmbH confirmed the filing and informed roughly 400 employees in Wildpoldsried, Bavaria, on October 22. Elon Musk is disputing a new NASA safety panel estimate of how many Starship launches it will take to put astronauts on the Moon, saying the real number will be less than half the panel’s figure.
