The Ford Mustang is getting some tempting deals in the US this September, with buyers and lessees able to save on the iconic pony car. Ford is offering both a nationwide lease programme and $2,500 cash back on the 2026 Mustang EcoBoost.

The lease deal applies to the Mustang EcoBoost Coupe and is available at $399 per month for 36 months, with $1,398 due at signing. There is no security deposit, and the offer is available through Ford Credit’s Red Carpet Lease programme.

For buyers who would rather own their Mustang, the EcoBoost is eligible for $2,500 cash back. Both nationwide offers are valid until September 30, 2026, although additional incentives may be available depending on the region and dealer.

The 2026 Mustang starts at $34,315 for the EcoBoost Fastback, including the $1,995 destination charge. The range also includes the GT, GT Premium and Dark Horse, with the latter starting at $66,075. Convertible versions start at $42,115.
