A Vermont gas utility is helping get past that hurdle by paying for the underground infrastructure at a new development. Vermont Gas (VGS) and Dandelion Energy are bringing geothermal heating and cooling to Riggs Meadow in Hinesburg, Vermont. The development will include 44 townhomes and apartments for low- and moderate-income renters and owners. VGS will pay upfront for and own the underground pipes, known as ground loops. Gazelle has spent much of its recent e-bike development pushing its premium Ultimate platform toward faster Class 3 commuters, but now the Dutch bicycle maker is filling out the other side of the family. The company has launched three new Class 1 versions of its Ultimate e-bike: the Ultimate T10, Ultimate C5, and Ultimate C380. BMW is preparing to expand its SUV lineup in the United States with a new model positioned above the X7. The company has confirmed the project, although many of the important details are still under wraps. BMW has not revealed the new SUV’s name, price, dimensions or launch date. NIO delivered 109,178 electric vehicles in the third quarter of 2026, a 25.4% increase over last year and right inside the 108,000 to 111,000 range it guided for in September.
